SHIPPING POLICY

Shipping Times

**United States:**
- Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days
- Express Shipping: 2-3 business days
- Orders typically ship within 1-2 business days

**International Shipping (UK, Australia, Canada):**
- Standard International: 10-21 business days
- Express International: 5-10 business days
- Orders typically ship within 1-2 business days

**Note:** Shipping times are estimates only. Delays may occur due to customs, holidays, or carrier issues. We are not responsible for delays beyond our control.

 Order Processing

All orders are processed during business hours (Monday-Friday, 9AM-5PM EST).

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

Tracking

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

You can track your package directly through the carrier's website using the tracking number provided.

 Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged or goes missing:
1. Contact us immediately at herrhythmbalance@gmail.com with photos/documentation
2. We will investigate with the carrier
3. We will ship a replacement or provide a full refund


Shipment Restrictions

We cannot ship to:
- PO Boxes (US Priority Mail only, Express/International require physical address)
- Military addresses (APO/FPO - contact support for options)
- Certain countries due to customs/health regulations

If your address is restricted, you will be notified before charge and given the option to update your address or cancel.

Customs & Duties

For international orders, recipients are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees. These charges are not included in the purchase price.
